SAF-HOLLAND Opens New Tech Center in Pune, India

SAF-HOLLAND SE, a leading supplier of trailer and truck components, announced the opening of its new Tech Center India (TCI) in Pune. This center will serve as a globally integrated hub for research and development.

Christoph Günter, President EMEA & CTO, stated that this addition strengthens the company's R&D network and aligns with their strategy to handle increased system complexity and software expertise.

TCI will focus on developing software for mechatronic products, such as the Electronic Braking System for trailers. This expansion aims to meet growing market demand and regulatory requirements, including cyber security.

Located near an existing production site in Pune, the TCI reinforces SAF-HOLLAND's commitment to innovation. The new center is a strategic step to enhance the company’s global R&D capabilities and deliver high-quality solutions worldwide.
