Chagay Ravid Appointed CEO of Sadot Group Inc.

Sadot Group Inc. has announced the appointment of Chagay Ravid as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective May 28, 2025. Mr. Ravid will report to the Board of Directors, overseeing strategic initiatives, global operations, and business growth. With 15 years of experience in capital markets, particularly at Cukierman & Co. Investment House and Seamless Group, Ravid brings expertise in technology, finance, and cross-border transactions.

Ravid plans to leverage his background in technology to explore new opportunities aligned with Sadot's commodities business. He will focus on AI and tech advancements to enhance growth. Stephen Spanos, Board Member and Chair of the Audit Committee, expressed confidence in Ravid's unique skills complementing Sadot's capabilities in global commodity trading and the food supply chain.

David Hanna will maintain his role at Sadot Canada while assisting in global operations. Ravid holds degrees from Hebrew University and Rutgers University.
