Rumble Inc. to Acquire Northern Data to Enhance AI Capabilities

Rumble Inc. announced the acquisition of AI infrastructure company Northern Data, marking a significant step in Rumble's expansion strategy. The acquisition will enhance Rumble's cloud capabilities by adding approximately 22,000 Nvidia GPUs and a global network of energized data centers. This move supports Rumble's "Freedom-First" technology vision, emphasizing freedom, privacy, independence, and resilience.

The transaction will give Rumble access to one of Europe's largest GPU fleets and strategic data center locations. This expansion is expected to accelerate Rumble's international growth and enhance its video, creator, and advertising AI offerings.

Rumble has secured Tether's commitment as a significant customer post-acquisition. Northern Data shareholders will receive Rumble shares, culminating in 30.4% ownership in Rumble if all shares are tendered.
