Route1 Reports Approval of Key Proposals at 2024 Annual Meeting

Route1 Inc., a provider of data-centric business solutions, held its annual general and special meeting in Toronto on November 20, 2024. The company announced that all proposals submitted to shareholders were approved. Re-elected to the board were Tony P. Busseri, Peter F. Chodos, Michael D. Harris, and John Marino. Following the meeting, Michael D. Harris was reappointed as Chairman of the Board.
