Roemer Capital Announces Tender Offer for Cian PLC Shares

Roemer Capital (Europe) Limited has announced an invitation to tender for the sale of up to 13,780,000 shares of Cian PLC. The invitation targets holders of American depository shares available through Euroclear Bank SA/NV. The offer price is set at USD 7.4 per share.

The tender offer will expire on 24 June 2024 at 16:00 UTC. The terms and conditions are detailed in the "Invitation to Voluntary Tender Memorandum" and the "Template Tender Instruction", both available on the Roemer Capital website.

Roemer Capital is a Cyprus-based company regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission. Only eligible sellers, as defined in the Memorandum, can participate in this tender. Shares not settled through Euroclear Bank SA/NV are excluded from this offer.
