ROCTOOL unveils its monthly report on voting rights and share capital

On March 7, 2024, ROCTOOL, referenced under the symbol ALROC on the Euronext Growth Paris listing and eligible for PEA PME, communicated its updated figures concerning the structure of its share capital and its voting rights. An initiative which is part of compliance with the obligations of the General Regulations of the Financial Markets Authority, in accordance with article 223-16.

As of February 29, 2024, ROCTOOL announced that the total number of shares making up its share capital amounted to 6,731,186. At the same time, voting rights totaled 7,638,272.
