Rockland Resources Appoints New Board and Advisory Board Members

Rockland Resources Ltd. (CSE:RKL) declared the addition of Dr. Tom McCandless to its Board of Directors and Mr. Mackenzie Watson to the Advisory Board. CEO Mike England expressed optimism regarding the appointments, highlighting the extensive experience both individuals bring to Rockland's mining and exploration endeavors.

Dr. Tom McCandless, with over four decades in the mineral discovery and development field, brings a wealth of knowledge in various commodities. He has recently been involved with Mountain Province Diamonds, and runs MCC Geoscience Inc. Moreover, he occupies academic positions, reinforcing his expertise and industry standing.

Mackenzie (Mac) Watson, celebrated for his long-standing contributions to the mining sector and dual recipient of the Bill Dennis Award, joins the Advisory Board. His career milestones include significant roles and discoveries in the junior mining sector, culminating in his induction into the Canadian Mining Hall of Fame.

In addition to these appointments, Rockland Resources announced a non-brokered private placement aiming to augment its financial resources for future projects and general administrative purposes. This strategic move aligns with the company's plans to scale its operations and leverage its new board members' vast experience.
