Robin Hunden Receives Prestigious Real Estate Legacy Award from Kelley School of Business

Robin "Rob" Hunden, founder and CEO of Hunden Partners, has been honored with the 2024 Jeffrey D. Fisher Real Estate Legacy Award by Indiana University's Kelley School of Business. The award, which recognizes significant contributions to the real estate program, will be presented at the IU Real Estate Alumni & Friends Dinner on April 25 at the Indianapolis Museum of Art. Joining him as a co-recipient is Phil Powell, Associate Professor and Executive Director of the Indiana Business Research Center.

Rob Hunden's connections to IU include his role on the advisory board of the Kelley School's Center for Real Estate Studies and his establishment of The Robin Scott Hunden Real Estate Scholarships. These scholarships support budding real estate professionals from IU, with a preference for those in financial need. Hunden's commitment extends beyond financial support; he actively engages in mentoring, hiring students for internships, and involves himself in various educational panels and presentations at the university.

Douglas M. McCoy, an IU professor, commended Hunden for his lasting impact on the institution's real estate program through active participation and mentorship. Rob Hunden’s company, Hunden Partners, is recognized in real estate development advice and was named a Power Partner by Inc. Magazine. He brings nearly three decades of industry experience to his role.
