Ringmetall SE Achieves Revenue Growth Amidst Falling Raw Material Prices

Ringmetall SE, a key player in the packaging industry, reported a 9% increase in group revenue, reaching EUR 146.1 million for the third quarter of 2025. Despite the challenge of declining raw material prices, the company maintained an EBITDA of EUR 18.8 million, consistent with the previous year.

In its business segments, the Closure Systems division generated EUR 87.0 million, while the Liner unit, benefiting from recent acquisitions, reported EUR 59.1 million in sales. This reflects strong demand for large container and liquid liners, particularly impacting figures positively at Peak Packaging.

The company's forecast for 2025 remains optimistic, projecting sales between EUR 180 million and EUR 200 million, and EBITDA between EUR 21 million and EUR 28 million. Ringmetall's strategic acquisitions contribute to its resilience and market position in Europe.
