Rigsave S.p.A. Completes Capital Increase for Strategic Growth

Rigsave S.p.A., based in Brescia, announced a capital increase of €1,200,000. Unanimously approved by its Board of Directors, the decision aims to boost financial strength and support expansion into new strategic initiatives.

The initiative includes issuing 600,000 new shares priced at €2 each, with €120,000 allocated to share capital and €1,080,000 to share premium reserves. Existing shareholders have a 14-day subscription period on a preemptive basis, in line with Article 2441 of the Italian Civil Code.

This move underlines Rigsave's dedication to enhancing its financial foundation, ensuring operational flexibility to meet market challenges and seize new opportunities. Chairman Michele Basilicata emphasized the importance of this step in their growth strategy, noting the company's focus on creating value for shareholders and stakeholders.

The capital increase has been structured for transparency and flexibility, allowing validation even with partial subscription. Any unsubscribed shares may be offered to third parties.
