Right Season Investments Revamps Q3 MD&A Post-BCSC Review
On October 27, 2025, Right Season Investments Corp. (TSXV:LITT) announced amendments to its Management's Discussion and Analysis for the interim period ending March 31, 2025. This action follows a review by the British Columbia Securities Commission (BCSC). The updated document, termed the "Amended Q3 MD&A," is now accessible via the SEDAR+ platform.
The revised MD&A includes significant changes. The Company Overview now provides a clearer picture of the investment sectors targeted by Right Season. Sections on "Influence in Contemporary Venture Investing" and "Strategic Direction" have added disclosures. Additionally, there are expanded comments in the Summary of Quarterly Results and concerning consulting and management fees outlined in the Results of Operations.
