Right Season Investments Announces Board Resignation
Right Season Investments Corp. (TSXV:LITT), based in Vancouver, has announced the immediate resignation of Mr. Zachary Stadnyk. Stadnyk held multiple positions, including Executive Chairman, Interim Chief Financial Officer, and Interim Corporate Secretary, as well as being a member of the Board of Directors.
Following his departure, Mr. Tyler Lewis, who serves on the Board of Directors, will take over as Interim Chief Financial Officer and Interim Corporate Secretary. The Board has expressed gratitude for Stadnyk's contributions and wishes him success in future endeavors.
