Reyna Silver Corp. Successfully Upsizes Offerings to Meet Investor Demand, Closes with $4.6 Million

Reyna Silver Corp. has announced an upsize to its non-brokered private placement offerings in response to high investor demand. The company, recognized for its pursuit in high-grade silver exploration, has increased its listed issuer financing exemption (LIFE) private placement from $2,900,000 to $3,200,000. A concurrent private placement has also seen an upsize, aimed towards furthering its exploration activities across various projects.

The offerings consist of units, each comprising a common share and a warrant, with the intent of financing the summer drill campaign notably at the Gryphon target. While the drill campaign is poised for commencement, the offerings have been met with significant participation from both new and existing shareholders, highlighting strong market confidence in Reyna Silver's projects and strategies.

Completion of the concurrent and LIFE offer closings has been achieved, with the final closings raising gross proceeds of approximately $4.6 million. This capital boost is earmarked for the exploration of Reyna Silver's array of projects including the Gryphon Summit, Guigui, Batopilas, and Medicine Springs projects, along with catering for general corporate and working capital purposes.

In acknowledgment of the offerings' success, the company has also engaged Red Cloud Securities Inc. and CEO.ca, aiming to bolster its capital markets and communications efforts. These collaborations are expected to facilitate Reyna Silver's ongoing exploration endeavors and general corporate activities, pending regulatory acceptance.
