Rexel, a major player in the distribution of electrical equipment, has announced its transactions in its own shares for the period from August 4 to 8, 2025. In accordance with the authorization granted by its General Meeting, Rexel has purchased 169,642 shares.
The transactions took place on several exchanges, including CCXE, TQEX, XPAR, and AQEU. The weighted average acquisition price of the shares was €25.94886. Among the various trading days, the highest volume was recorded on August 8, 2025, with 33,921 shares acquired at an average price of €26.20777 on the XPAR market.
