Revolve Renewable Power Corp. Secures $1.5 Million from CHP Project Sale

Revolve Renewable Power Corp., a North American renewable energy developer, has sold a 3MW combined heat and power project from its portfolio for $1.5 million. Originally part of the acquisition of Centrica Business Solutions Mexico for $1.4 million in August 2022, the project was fully constructed but awaiting permits.

The sale enables Revolve to reallocate funds to higher return ventures while maintaining ownership of the remaining 2.85MW portfolio. These assets continue to generate revenue through long-term power agreements with industrial clients. The proceeds from this sale will be included in Revolve's Q3 FY2025 financial results.

Revolve's CEO, Myke Clark, emphasized the sale's role in capital optimization and portfolio strengthening. The company remains committed to expanding its distributed generation projects, following the recent commissioning of the Colima Solar Project in Mexico.
