Revolve Renewable Power Corp. Refinances Loan with Vancity

Revolve Renewable Power Corp., a North American renewable energy developer, has secured a long-term loan from Vancity Capital Corporation. This loan refinances a CA$3,968,800 acquisition loan from RE Royalties Ltd., used for acquiring Wind River Power Corporation's assets. Originally expected to last three years, the RE Royalties loan was repaid over two years early without prepayment penalties.

The Wind River acquisition, completed in 2024, included projects totaling 23 MW. The new Vancity loan, at a reduced interest rate, enhances Revolve's cash flow and facilitates future growth. This move is part of Revolve's strategy to use lower-cost capital for better financial returns and to accelerate expansion.

This transaction illustrates Revolve's commitment to flexible financing, aiming to continue expanding its network of financing partners.
