Revolve Renewable Power Corp. Enters Investor Relations Agreement

Revolve Renewable Power Corp., a North American developer and operator of renewable energy projects, has announced a consulting agreement with Grignan Holdings Ltd., operating as Peterson Capital. This agreement aims to enhance Revolve's investor relations functions, aligning with TSX Venture Exchange guidelines.

Peterson Capital, based in Edmonton, will offer services such as marketing strategies and corporate presentations. The firm is well-regarded for connecting high-growth companies with investment networks in Canada and Europe. Currently, Peterson does not hold any securities in Revolve but may consider future investments.

CEO Myke Clark emphasized the importance of strengthening capital market connections as Revolve seeks to expand its visibility in the renewable energy sector. The agreement, valued at $35,000 over three months, includes Revolve's participation in the upcoming Peterson Canada Growth Conference in Montreal.
