Vancouver-based Revolve Renewable Power Corp. announced the successful closure of a non-brokered private placement, raising C$1,200,000. The company issued 4,800,000 units at C$0.25 each. Each unit includes one common share and a warrant to purchase an additional share at C$0.40 within 24 months.

The offering was completed under the "Listed Issuer Financing Exemption," allowing resale without restrictions, except for securities issued to insiders, which face a four-month hold. The funds will support renewable projects in the US, Canada, and Mexico, along with covering distributed generation costs in Mexico and general company expenses. Finders' fees amounted to $37,500, accompanied by 150,000 non-transferable finders’ warrants.
