Resumption of the Bauer construction site in Saint-Ouen by REALITES

REALITES has announced the resumption of work on the Bauer Box and the North Stand of the Bauer stadium in Saint-Ouen. The decision was made following the sale of the last office spaces and an agreement with its operational and financial partners. This restart has been effective since February 3, 2025.

This 30,600 m² multi-use real estate project is intended to support the renovation of the Red Star FC stadium. REALITES has entered into amendments with key partners such as ARES-Nomo, Interparking, Banque des Territoires, as well as companies such as Spie-Batignolles IDF and KONE. A memorandum of understanding allows for a secure financial projection and a delivery schedule for the end of the first half of 2026.
