Result of the 2024 Combined General Meeting of Axway Software
Axway's Combined General Meeting took place on May 16, 2024 with the presence of Pierre Pasquier, Chairman of the Board of Directors. The 21 resolutions presented were adopted in full by the shareholders. Each resolution received the necessary approval to pass, with extremely high percentages of votes in favor, thereby expressing strong shareholder support for current management.
