Restructuring of governance at Publicis Groupe

Publicis Groupe announces important appointments to its executive committee. André Kudelski is appointed Lead Director, thus taking on crucial responsibilities in the functioning of governance alongside the Chairman of the Board of Directors. Arthur Sadoun takes over the role of Chairman and CEO, while Élisabeth Badinter becomes Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors. Maurice Lévy was appointed Honorary President. These appointments precede the examination of the proposed change in governance structure at the general meeting scheduled for May 29, 2024.
