Resignation from the Board of Directors of Mace Security International

Mace Security International, Inc. (Mace), based in Cleveland, Ohio, has announced the resignation of Margaret D. Jordan from its Board of Directors, effective February 19, 2024. Jordan cited responsibilities and a time commitment greater than anticipated when joining the Board, beyond her availability in relation to the proposed remuneration. She also expressed a lack of confidence in the company's executive leadership and the Board. Jordan had been a Board member since October 2022, contributing to the Cybersecurity and Governance/Nomination committees.
