Request to send documents for the General Meeting of the JAJ Group

The JAJ Group has published a press release concerning the Ordinary Annual General Meeting scheduled for September 30, 2024. Shareholders are invited to receive the documents relating to this meeting, in accordance with article R.225-81 of the Commercial Code.

Owners of registered shares may request the sending of these documents as well as additional information pursuant to article R.225-83 of the Commercial Code. A form has been made available to formalize this request.

Shareholders wishing to automatically receive this information for future general meetings must indicate their choice on the form, as permitted by article R.225-88 paragraph 3 of the Commercial Code.
