REPLOID Group AG Delays 2025 Annual Statements Due to Audit Process Issues

REPLOID Group AG has announced a delay in the publication of its 2025 Annual Statements. The delay results from procedural deficiencies in the appointment of auditors in previous periods, notably during the company's 2023 transition from a limited liability company to a stock corporation. A review revealed deficiencies that REPLOID must remediate. As a response, the company will soon hold shareholders' meetings to rescind and amend past resolutions related to financial years 2023 and 2024.

The re-adoption of these financial statements will consequently push the release of the 2025 audited results to mid-August 2026, while the Annual General Meeting is planned for mid-September 2026. These findings might lead to a slight reduction in the 2024 operating income, though it should remain positive. No substantial changes are expected for the 2023 statements.
