REPLOID Expands Workforce and Facilities Amid Economic Challenges

In a strategic move, REPLOID Group AG has more than doubled its workforce during the financial year 2025, growing from 50 to 109 employees. The company continues this expansion, aiming to double its staff again in 2026. To accommodate this growth, REPLOID has relocated its headquarters in Wels to new, modern offices. These premises adopt an activity-based working concept, emphasizing autonomy and development, and can house up to 150 employees.

Further expansion includes the establishment of a Global Innovation Center in Leipzig, offering over 2,500 m² for research and development. This site supports the creation of new feed formulations and technical advancements in black soldier fly production. Meanwhile, the previous Pegau location evolves into a Fertilizer Center of Excellence, dedicated to the development of organic fertilizers.
