Reopening of the examination period by Consob

Consob has ordered the reopening of the review period of the voluntary public purchase and exchange offer launched by Fnac Darty SA and RUBY Equity Investment on the ordinary shares of Unieuro SpA, not yet held by the Bidders. This period, initially suspended on August 5, will resume on August 15, 2024 and will end on August 23, 2024.

The offer, governed by Italian Legislative Decrees 102 and 106, will be made only in Italy, in compliance with the equal treatment of all holders of Unieuro shares. It will not be offered in the United States, Canada, Japan, Australia or any other jurisdiction where it would be contrary to local regulations.
