RENK Group AG Reports Record Preliminary Results for 2024
RENK Group AG has announced record-breaking preliminary results for the fiscal year 2024, with strong performance in Q4. The company achieved an impressive order intake of €1.4 billion, marking a 60% increase in Q4/24. Revenue reached €1.1 billion, aligning with the year's guidance, and reflecting a 23% increase from 2023.
The adjusted EBIT stood at €189 million, surpassing market expectations of €181.3 million and representing a 26% growth. The company successfully reduced net leverage to less than 1.9 times adjusted EBITDA, alongside a reduction in net working capital to approximately 25% of revenue.
CEO Susanne Wiegand expressed satisfaction with the year's achievements as she prepares to pass leadership to Dr. Alexander Sagel. The management expects continued growth and profitability in 2025.
