RENK Group AG Announces Management Board Change
On August 12, 2024, the supervisory board of RENK Group AG confirmed that Christian Schulz will terminate his mandate as a member of the management board as of September 30, 2024. Schulz has expressed his wish to step down, and his departure has been agreed upon by the board.
To ensure a smooth transition, the Supervisory Board has appointed Anja Mänz-Siebje, the current Head of Corporate Finance and CFO of RENK GmbH, as Schulz's successor. Mänz-Siebje will join the management board effective October 1, 2024, taking on responsibilities for Finance and IT.
This change in leadership aims to facilitate continuity in the company's financial and IT operations without any disruptions. RENK Group AG remains committed to its strategic objectives and operational excellence.
