René Holeček modifies his shares in CLARIANE SE

On May 2 and 6, 2024, the AMF was notified that Mr. René Holeček adjusted his stake in the capital of the company CLARIANE SE, listed on Euronext Paris. On March 31, he owned, via himself and his Czech company Leima Equity Two as, 4.997% of the company after a drop in stake following an increase in CLARIANE shares.

Later, on April 25, following a market acquisition strategy, the same shareholder crossed the 5% threshold upwards, reaching 5.015% of the voting rights thanks to an additional contribution of shares. In detail, Mr. Holeček directly owns 3.57% of the shares, while Leima Equity Two as owns 1.444%.
