Renault: Information on Voting Rights and Capital

Renault SA has published an update regarding the total number of voting rights and shares as of April 30, 2024. This communication complies with article L. 233-8-II of the Commercial Code and article 223 -16 of the General Regulations of the Financial Markets Authority.

The press release specifies that the company's share capital is made up of 295,722,284 shares. The number of theoretical voting rights amounts to 400,614,117, while the number of exercisable voting rights is 396,681,029.

As a reminder, theoretical voting rights include all shares with voting rights, even those which are temporarily deprived of them. The exercisable voting rights deduct these shares deprived of voting rights.
