Reminder Notice of Annual General and Special Meeting for Shareholders of Theralase®

Theralase® Technologies Inc. (TSXV:TLT)(OTCQB:TLTFF), a clinical stage pharmaceutical company, reminds its shareholders of the upcoming Annual General and Special Meeting (AGSM). The meeting will take place on Wednesday, June 19th at 4:30 pm ET at 41 Hollinger Road, Toronto, Ontario, M4B 3G4.

To accommodate shareholders who cannot attend in person, Theralase® will host a virtual Zoom presentation from 5:30 to 6:30 pm ET. The session will feature a corporate presentation followed by a Q&A segment.

Please note that not all questions will be addressed within the allotted time and no questions involving undisclosed material information will be answered.
