Relief Therapeutics Holding SA Reports Results of Annual General Meeting
GENEVA – June 27, 2024 – Relief Therapeutics Holding SA (SIX: RLF, OTCQB: RLFTF, RLFTY), a biopharmaceutical company, announced the results of its annual general meeting (AGM) of shareholders. Most of the proposed resolutions were approved by a large majority.
The AGM approved the 2023 annual report and financial statements, as well as carrying forward the 2023 loss. However, the AGM did not grant discharge to the board of directors and the executive committee for 2023.
Compensation proposals for the board of directors and executive committee were approved, along with the 2023 compensation report. Key elections included the re-election of Dr. Raghuram Selvaraju as chairman and the re-election of MAZARS SA as statutory auditor.
