Relevant Gold Secures $2.89M in Strategic Investment
Relevant Gold Corp. has announced a capital infusion of $2.89 million via the exercise of 15.8 million common share purchase warrants. Cornerstone investors Kinross Gold Corporation and William Bollinger increased their investment, highlighting their confidence in Relevant Gold's Wyoming-centric strategy.
Management exercised 12 million founder warrants at $0.13 per share. Kinross and Bollinger exercised 3,799,102 warrants at $0.35 each, showcasing strong strategic alignment with the company's vision and assets.
The funds will bolster ongoing exploration efforts, including airborne geophysics, geochemical sampling, and further development at key projects. This move also strengthens the balance sheet and simplifies the company's capital structure, leaving 7,787,788 warrants outstanding.
