Reinet Investments SCA Appoints New Non-Executive Director

On November 18, 2024, Reinet Investments SCA appointed Mr. Swen-Henrik Grundmann as a non-executive director of Reinet Investments Manager S.A. This entity acts as the general partner and management company of Reinet Investments S.C.A., a partnership based in Luxembourg.

Mr. Grundmann brings extensive experience from his previous roles within the company. He served as Company Secretary for both the management company and Reinet Fund Manager S.A. from 2009 until January 2023. Additionally, he held the position of General Counsel, managing legal affairs, from 2011 to January 2023.

Reinet Investments S.C.A. operates under Luxembourg's securitization law, allowing shareholders to invest indirectly in assets managed by its wholly-owned subsidiary, Reinet Fund S.C.A., F.I.S. The company is listed on multiple stock exchanges, including Luxembourg, Euronext Amsterdam, and the Johannesburg Stock Exchange.
