Regis Rimbert Resigns from Wolford AG Management Board

Regis Rimbert has announced his resignation from the Management Board of Wolford AG, effective January 17, 2025. The Supervisory Board has accepted Rimbert's decision. Following his departure, the Management Board will be comprised of Ralf Polito and Domenico Giordano. Additionally, Andrea Rossi, the current Global CFO, has been appointed as Interim General Manager.
