Recticel Announces Capital Increase via Subscription Rights

Recticel, a Belgian insulation company, reported an increase in its share capital due to the exercise of subscription rights. On December 20, 2024, 15,000 subscription rights from a 2016 warrant plan and 92,500 from a 2018 plan were exercised. This resulted in the issuance of 107,500 new ordinary shares, set for trading on Euronext Brussels from December 24, 2024.

The increase adjusts Recticel's subscribed capital to EUR 141,514,800, up from EUR 141,246,050. The total number of shares with voting rights rose to 56,605,920. The number of outstanding subscription rights now stands at 2,642,500.
