Recticel Announces Capital Increase Through Subscription Rights Exercise

Recticel, a Belgium-based company, declared a capital increase effective as of 2 May 2024. The increase stems from the exercise of subscription rights under its warrant plans from 2017, 2019, and 2020. This exercise resulted in 30,000 new ordinary shares, which will begin trading on the Euronext Brussels on 6 May 2024.

The capital increase saw the company’s subscribed capital rise from EUR 140,727,300 to EUR 140,802,300. Meanwhile, the total shares in issue, with voting rights, expanded from 56,290,920 to 56,320,920. The total number of outstanding subscription rights has been adjusted down from 2,465,000 to 2,435,000 following the exercise.
