REALITIES in exclusive negotiations with TODD INTERESTS for the Bauer Stadium
Saint-Herblain, July 10, 2024. REALITES, territorial development group, announces its entry into exclusive negotiations with TODD INTERESTS. The discussions concern the transfer of the operation and ownership of the Bauer stadium with a possible extension to be determined in the “Bauer Box” program.
The two groups share a common vision serving the region, the club, supporters and local residents. The exclusivity between the two companies is planned until September 2024.
The “occupied site” work on the Bauer stadium, which will accommodate 9,834 seats, and the 30,600 m2 Bauer Box is progressing on schedule. The stadium, a training site for the 2024 Olympic Games, will continue to host Red Star FC matches in League 2.
