REALITIES in exclusive negotiations to sell LWS Hospitality
On June 18, 2024, the REALITES real estate group announced that it was entering into exclusive negotiations for the sale of its subsidiary LWS Hospitality to PM Développement. The transaction, valued at 25 million euros, would be carried out via an LMBO.
The finalization of this operation could occur in the second half of 2024, after consultation with staff representative bodies and lifting of the suspensive conditions. This movement is part of REALITES' strategy of refocusing on real estate.
REALITES would retain a minority share in LWS Hospitality to maintain synergies. The funds from the sale would strengthen REALITES' cash flow, promoting its transformation.
Philippe Menguy, President of LWS Hospitality, is planning a new chapter of growth for the company, with the support of REALITES and investors.
