REALITIES: Progress in the receivership proceedings
REALITES has provided an update on its receivership proceedings. The hearing regarding the restructuring plan took place at the Nantes Commercial Court, with a decision expected on February 18, 2026. The plan, approved by creditors on January 19, 2026, provides for the continuation of operations and the restructuring of liabilities, notably through the conversion of debt into shares. This operation would result in a significant dilution of the existing shareholder base.
In parallel, REALITES announces that its half-year and annual accounts for 2025 will be published in May 2026. The company undertakes to inform the market of any developments related to this procedure.
