Readcrest Capital and KFK Holding Initiate Major Housing Project Near Berlin

Readcrest Capital AG has partnered with KFK Holding to develop a site in Fürstenwalde/Spree, near Berlin, into a multigenerational neighborhood. The project will include up to 1,000 residential units, which will be a blend of modern living spaces with historical significance. The purchase price of the 60,000 sqm site remains undisclosed.

This initiative aims to create an inclusive environment for all demographic groups, from young families to seniors. The strategic location offers easy access to central Berlin, a benefit for employees of major companies like Tesla.
