Director's Notification at R.E.A. Holdings Plc
R.E.A. Holdings Plc has recently announced a change concerning the shares held by the Robinow family, a significant shareholder in the company. On September 18, 2025, Phebe Robinow transferred her entire personal holding of ordinary shares in Emba Holdings Limited to her son, Luke Robinow, as a gift. Emba Holdings, entirely owned by the Robinow family, maintains its 29.71% stake in R.E.A. Holdings, holding 13,022,420 ordinary shares.
Luke Robinow is currently the President Director of R.E.A.'s main operating subsidiary, PT REA Kaltim Plantations, and is set to become the managing director of R.E.A. from January 2026. This move does not affect Emba’s current shareholding in the company.
