RAVE Restaurant Group Announces Executive Team Overhaul to Spur Growth

RAVE Restaurant Group has introduced a strategic change to its executive team, underlining its commitment to the expansion of its Pizza Inn and Pie Five Pizza brands. The Dallas-based company, known for its multi-brand portfolio, has added several new leaders to bolster its strong performance trajectory.

The executive team welcomes Jay Rooney as the new Chief Financial Officer, alongside Zack Viljoen as Vice President of Operations for RAVE and General Manager of Pie Five, Denise Wilson as Associate Vice President of Supply Chain, Carlos Cojulun as Marketing Director of Pizza Inn, Roger Mangum as Director of Operations and Training, and Liam Finn as Director of Franchise Development.

Rooney, previously of Dickey's Barbecue Pit and Brinker International, aims to leverage his financial expertise to foster further growth within RAVE. This leadership refresh occurs as the company reports its 15th consecutive quarter of profitability and marks significant growth against competitors and within its own Pizza Inn brand.

Brandon Solano, CEO of RAVE, highlighted the strategic importance of these appointments, noting their expected contribution to the company’s long-term prosperity and market leadership. Solano emphasized the unique skills and experiences these executives bring, intending to enhance financial performance, innovate the brand scale, and expand store count.
