Ramsay Santé launches the repricing of its TLB 4 tranche

Ramsay Santé, a major player in healthcare in Europe, has announced the launch of the repricing of its TLB 4 tranche amounting to €1.025 billion, maturing in 2031. This initiative comes after the finalization, in August 2024, of the "Amend & Extend" operation concerning a total senior debt of €1.650 billion.

In order to seize market conditions deemed favorable, Ramsay Santé is carrying out this repricing operation, orchestrated by BNP Paribas and Crédit Agricole CIB. However, the completion of this transaction remains conditional on the evolution of the financial markets.
