Racing Force S.p.A. Reports Periodic Disclosure on Share Buyback Program
Ronco Scrivia, Italy - May 27, 2024 - Racing Force S.p.A. (RFG), the parent company of Racing Force Group, has announced details of its recent share buyback activity. The program was authorized by the Shareholders' Meeting on April 29, 2024.
Between May 20 and May 24, 2024, RFG acquired 344 shares on the Euronext Growth Milan segment. This amounts to 0.0013% of its share capital. The average purchase price was €3.82 per share, totaling €1,314.08 in transactions.
The trading intermediary for these transactions was Equita SIM S.p.A., with LEI code 815600E3E9BFBC8FAA85. Detailed daily purchase transactions are attached, complying with EU regulation.
As a result of these acquisitions, RFG now holds 1,100 treasury shares, which represent 0.0043% of its share capital.
