Quantum Genomics files for bankruptcy
Quantum Genomics (Euronext Growth - FR0011648971 - ALQGC), has filed a declaration of cessation of payments with the Paris Commercial Court. This filing follows the failure of the REFRESH study on firibastat in October 2022 and the restructuring of the company in 2023.
In April 2024, Quantum Genomics acquired 100% of the shares of Exactcure, a company developing a software solution for better drug use. However, despite efforts to finance Exactcure, negotiations to raise funds failed.
Faced with this situation, Quantum Genomics and Exactcure have also requested a liquidation procedure. Investors are warned that the proceeds from the sale of assets will probably not allow payment to shareholders.
