Quadient SA informs its shareholders that an ordinary and extraordinary general meeting will be held on Friday June 14, 2024 at 2 p.m. The event will take place at the Courtyard by Marriott Paris Arcueil and will also be broadcast live.

The prior notice of the meeting, including the agenda and the text of the resolutions, was published in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires n. 56 of May 8, 2024. The notice of meeting was published in the same bulletin n. 63 of May 24, 2024.
