Sauels Commissions q.beyond for SAP S/4HANA Launch

Cologne, 2 September 2025 – Sauels, a family-run food manufacturer, has enlisted IT service provider q.beyond to implement the latest SAP S/4HANA system. The initiative follows a successful preliminary study and focuses on creating a modern SAP framework to enhance Sauels' business operations.

Sauels had previously tested q.beyond's SAP expertise on smaller projects, which led to awarding the full-scale SAP S/4HANA introduction contract to them. The joint effort promises an IT environment within a highly secure private cloud.

The project employs a blend of greenfield and brownfield strategies to maintain established processes while purging obsolete data. This mix allows seamless integration of Sauels' extensive operational expertise into the new system, ensuring continuity in their operations.

Decisions related to procurement and sales will benefit from real-time analyses, enhancing responsiveness and strategic planning. Furthermore, the project will transition Sauels' current SAP servers to q.beyond's private cloud, supporting their need for a reliable IT landscape in food production.
