PUMA becomes the new official supplier of RB Leipzig

On February 27, 2024, the company specializing in sporting goods, PUMA, announced that it had signed a long-term partnership with the Bundesliga football club RB Leipzig. From the 2024/25 season, PUMA will equip all of the club's men's, women's and youth teams.

RB Leipzig, nicknamed the "Red Bulls", have enjoyed a rapid rise from Germany's fifth division to the elite of German football. The club distinguished itself by qualifying for the Champions League six times and won the DFB-Cup twice as well as a DFL-Supercup. The women's team was promoted to the Bundesliga in 2023.

The partnership between PUMA and RB Leipzig includes not only the supply of the kits, but also extensive rights in terms of sponsorship, merchandising, match day advertising at the Red Bull Arena and the RB Leipzig Football Academy, as well as digital activations. PUMA will also equip the RB Leipzig esports team.

Arne Freundt, CEO of PUMA, and Johann Plenge, Managing Director of RB Leipzig, both expressed their enthusiasm for the partnership, highlighting a shared vision focused on innovation and performance in football.
