Pulsar Helium Inc. Announces Issuance of Shares for Services

VANCOUVER, BC / ACCESSWIRE / July 4, 2024 / Pulsar Helium Inc. (TSXV:PLSR)(OTCQB:PSRHF) announced the issuance of 121,644 common shares. These shares will serve as payment for certain fees from January to June 2024. The deemed issue price is based on a five-day volume-weighted average price of $0.8439 per share.

This issuance is pending approval from the TSX Venture Exchange. The shares will be subject to a four-month hold period from the date of issuance.
